So I thought I'd post an update with what's a brewing on my end and what you should be expecting in the future.

Well as you may already know, Casper and I have been working hard on getting GTG2: Islands of Fire out before the end of the year. It's turning out to be quite the pain since I've decided to work some 3D into the little movies that play throughout the game. However, I thought they would add that much more to the experience of the game. I want it to look as amazing as it plays, and on Casper's end, the game play is amazing already.

Secondly, I just wanted to let everyone know about the contest that are on the internet right now. I really recommend some newgrounders entering because there is truly some amazing talent on here.
I (along with my friend Brian) have been working hard to get our entry together for a contest at Nesquick and we have just started work on the Klondike contest. So go check out these and other great contest opps at websites like:

It's about time I finished that project! I was getting so tired of working on it all semester long and I'm not even sure if I like the finally product. I'm sure it'll look better within the content of the actual gallery. I'm just not so sure it makes a great flash.

The Art Show

Anyways, I'm going to be working a lot more on Griswold: Islands of Fire over the summer and I'm hoping Casper and I can get it on here before the end of the year. I have a feeling it'll be our best game yet but it's just so time consuming.

Also, I probably should be looking for a job or something. I mean I have one lined up possibly, but I really wanted to do something involving animation/art. If anyone knows of any cool openings, keep me posted. :)

Furthermore, my submission for the Hans One Shot comic is underway for the deadline of April 4, 2008. I should be done by sometime tomorrow with it. I'd post what I have so far, but I'm not sure if that would be cool with Hans.

Finally, my college years are almost up, and I'm about 75% done with my Art Show Within an Art Show project. Can't wait to show you all.

Well it has been over a year now since I have submitted any flash to NG. I could blame school and/or work on the fact that nothing has been submitted, but I won't do that. I could even say I've been working so hard on Griswold 2: Islands of Fire that it's eating up all my time, but then I would be lying to everyone. Instead, I'll just blame my lack of doing anything new to my new found laziness.

It's not like I don't have the time to work on anything new. I have plenty of free time on the weekends. I just can't motivate myself enough to get down to it and make a flash. I got several projects under my belt as it is and I just seem to keep adding more instead of finishing the ones I have already started.

However, starting today I will try to finish up all the older projects I have stored away in various files in my computer. This includes (but not limited too):

Griswold 2: I.O.F.
Art Show - Promised for May 5th
Ghostly Encounters (Working Title)

Oh well. Just thought I'd get this down so it could be one less thing off my mind.

I just wanted to thank everyone in this community for all the support they gave me with this contest. I think it was cooler seeing everyone come together on here to support someone you may not know. I've been getting a ton of people keeping up with the contest over the last 2 weeks.

Hey everyone. Been putting off flash videos for a while to work on a contest entry that we entered on myspace.com. The contest entails the creation of a new pilot for fox to pick from. The video could only by 7 minutes long at most.

In this episode, Martin and Vince get their first gig that may be more than what they can handle. It also doesn't help that Vince smells unpleasant to their new clients.

I'd really like some comments on the clip of the pilot. All input is good :)
