I'm not a good artist, but I would still like to attempt.
If I am counting correctly, there are fewer than twelve submissions. I think everyone is busy with other contests. They may also be afraid of the competition that occured last year.
I think it'll pick up as the week goes on. This was a holiday weekend so a lot of people probably were on vacation. Plus it need a little more press (hence why i made this post)
